Background

TriCore Academy was founded in the Netherlands, based on insights gained from the founding team's many years of experience in education:

Chinese families living in the Netherlands often encounter challenges in their children’s education due to language and cultural differences. While parents hold high expectations, it can be difficult to find a professional organization that truly understands the needs of Chinese students and is well-versed in the Dutch school system.

TriCore Academy was founded to bridge this gap—providing tailored support for Chinese families who want to help their children excel academically and thrive in their studies.

Teaching Team

Our team of teachers have been carefully selected and assessed for their qualifications and are well versed in the learning characteristics of Chinese students. They are well versed in the syllabus, test distribution and teaching techniques of the Dutch primary and secondary schools (HAVO/VWO) as well as the International Baccalaureate School (IB).

Team Features:

Dutch-educated teachers: familiar with the Dutch school system and well versed in the local curriculum
Experienced foreign teachers in international schools: with rich experience in international programmes
Outstanding teachers of Chinese descent: in-depth understanding of the characteristics of Chinese students, smooth communication without barriers

At TriCore Academy, every lesson is designed to improve your child's performance; But more importantly, we are committed to stimulating each student's interest in active learning and developing good study habits and solid subject skills. Recruitment positions

We are permanently recruiting for the following positions:

Teachers (language, maths, English, German, physics, chemistry, Dutch, etc.)
Teaching assistants (assisting in teaching, lesson planning, collation of materials, etc.)
Teaching staff (responsible for instructional management, parent communication and administrative support)

Mode of cooperation
